Overview After more than 120 years of cumulated life time on orbit, I have decided to retire. Thanks to more than 50 satellites, which helped me to acquire such an on-orbit time during my 30 years career 
Where am I ? I am located in Toulouse, south-west of France that is the main French space industrial area. 
Education and qualification I am graduate from French high school "Ecole d'ingénieur". 
Jobs I have been in the space business for more than 30 years. 
Professional space experience Throughout my carier I have been involved in the main national and international programs.

  Overview  

Survol rapide !After more than 120 years of cumulated life time on orbit, I have decided to retire. Thanks to more than 50 satellites, which helped me to acquire such an on-orbit time during my 30 years career. 

I am now ready to offer my services to client taking benefit of the expertise I have acquired. 

Client companies can be within the international space organisations and industries, insurance companies and brokers. 

I am coming from a French world-wide well-known company, which is one of the world's leaders in satellite-based telecommunication system. 

I can provide temporary support, short-term (1 to 2 weeks) and mid-term (1 month), on-site (world-wide) and off-site. The support has to be understood as a complement to client's core capabilities, working as a team or individually, based on practical experience given by a senior level professional. 

I can assist in all phases of study and program development, including: 

  • Proposal related activity : 
    • Request for proposals (RFP) defining the requirements, specifications and statement of work 
    • Proposals in reply to the RFP requirements 
    • Proposals analysis. 
  • Program development related activity: 
    • Participation in all type of reviews (design, readiness, test, operation, on-ground and in-orbit acceptance …) at all level (overall system, satellite, sub-systems, units …); 
  • Follow-up of program progress:   
    • Development; 
    • Integration &test; 
    • Launch prep and launch. 
  • Technical support to insurance companies and brokers: 
    • Participation in risk analyses for the satellite development, launch, early orbit operation, in-orbit operation …

Son parcours !I have been in the space business for more than 30 years. 

End 60's, I started with the design, development and manufacturing of test equipment for missile and spacecraft equipment. Then I participated to an international industrial team for the development, integration and test, and launch of the first European commercial communication satellite. I was responsible for the electrical Integration and test of the satellites. 

Mid 70's, I participated to proposals for communication , air navigation, direct-broadcast and earth observation satellite payload as engineering and proposal manager. 

Beginning of the 80's, I started new programs as engineering, integration and test manager for comm. and DBS satellite payload. 

Then, I have been selected to implement a new activity in the company leading to new large facilities, new skill of employee and to do the job. I have been for several years at the head the Integration & Test sector responsible for all type of satellite payload integration and test (communication, direct-broadcast, earth observation, scientific) including hardware and software development for test equipment with a team of almost 70 peoples. 

Beginning of the 90's, I changed to the program management division of the company taking the responsibility of the communication sector as director with a team of almost 100 peoples.
